Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SP Popups × Google Sheets integration ("Service"), operated by the developer ("we", "us"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

The Service connects your SendPulse popup forms to a Google Spreadsheet of your choice. When a visitor submits a popup form, the lead data (such as name, email address, and phone number) is automatically appended as a new row in your designated spreadsheet.

You must have an active SendPulse account and a Google account to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you have the authority to bind yourself (or the organisation you represent) to these Terms.

The Service uses Google Sheets API to write lead data to spreadsheets you designate. Use of Google APIs is subject to Google's Terms of Service. The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all lead data collected through your popup forms. We do not claim any rights over your data. Your Google Spreadsheets remain under your control at all times.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Deletion

You may delete all data associated with your account at any time by uninstalling the Service from the SendPulse marketplace. All stored records, tokens, and logs are permanently deleted within 24 hours of uninstallation.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were last changed.
