Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 12, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how the SP Popups × Google Sheets integration ("Service") collects, uses, and stores information when you install and use the Service via the SendPulse marketplace.
Data We Collect
To operate the Service we store the following data on a private, dedicated server:
- Your SendPulse user ID and OAuth credentials (used to authenticate API calls to SendPulse).
- Your Google account email address (displayed in the app dashboard).
- Google OAuth access and refresh tokens (used exclusively to write lead data to your chosen Google Spreadsheet).
- Lead data submitted through your SendPulse popup forms — typically name, email address, phone number, and any custom variables you have configured.
- A log of recent lead submissions for display in the app dashboard (last 50 entries).
How We Use Your Data
Data is used solely to deliver the Service:
- Google tokens are used only to append rows to the spreadsheet you designate. We do not read, modify, or delete any spreadsheet data beyond what the integration writes.
- Lead data is temporarily stored to populate the Recent Leads log in the dashboard. It is never shared with third parties or used for any purpose other than displaying your leads.
Google API Services
The Service's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or for any purpose unrelated to the core function of writing lead data to your spreadsheet.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties. Data is stored on a private VPS and is not accessible to anyone other than the Service itself.
Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of all stored data at any time by uninstalling the Service from the SendPulse marketplace. All stored records, OAuth tokens, column mappings, routing rules, and event logs are permanently deleted within 24 hours of uninstallation.
Security
We implement reasonable technical measures to protect stored data, including encrypted HTTPS transport and restricted server access. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
